The Early Life Speech & Language Board of Directors is led by President Scot Sageser of Bremerton, WA. Scot is an accomplished Scottish Rite Mason who joined the Early Life Speech & Language state board in 2017.

In the ex-officio role of chairman is Al Jorgensen, the Sovereign Grand Inspector General for Washington State. He is responsible for all activities of Scottish Rite Masons throughout the state and he serves on the national leadership team of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A.
